About the Role:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming calls from leads generated via digital ads.
  • Make outbound calls to students/parents who have shown interest in admissions.
  • Explain course details, fees, and admission process clearly.
  • Handle general queries regarding online classes, app usage, and technical issues.
  • Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and digital marketing team for lead updates.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferably in the

    education sector

    ).
  • Good communication skills in

    Hindi & English

    .
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps).
  • Polite, convincing, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
