Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive (Telecaller) in the international process at Teleperformance Global, Mohali, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing assistance over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to customers for sales or support purposes - Handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries in a professional manner - Providing information about products or services to customers - Maintaining customer records and updating the database as required To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Graduation in any field - Excellent communication skills - Fluent spoken English Please note: This position offers a salary of up to 25,000 and follows a rotational shift pattern with 5.5 working days per week.
