Telecaller (Customer Care Executive)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Telecaller (Customer Care Executive). The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information on services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, following up on customer inquiries, and working closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and software
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector, is advantageous
