Job Description

The Telecaller cum Office Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to clients/customers while also supporting daily office administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth office functioning and effective customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to provide information about company products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Follow up with leads, clients, and candidates as per assigned data.
  • Maintain accurate call records, feedback and follow-up details in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for seniors or sales teams when required.
  • Manage daily office operations, including documentation and data entry.
  • Maintain files, reports and records (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle email communication and basic drafting as required.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office stationery and supplies.
