Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator who can manage both inbound/outbound calls and perform basic computer-related tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and handling emails. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to/from customers regarding products, services, or inquiries. Explain products/services clearly and follow up with leads. Enter and update customer data in the system accurately. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required. Respond to emails, messages, and basic customer service queries. Coordinate with internal departments when needed. Maintain proper documentation and call logs. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred. Basic knowledge of computers – MS Office (Excel, Word), email, data entry. Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language. Prior experience in telecalling or office coordination preferred. Typing speed and accuracy are a plus.
