* Domain Knowledge Required:* JEE, NEET, CET, and other competitive exams

### * Key Responsibilities:*

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents

* Counsel students on available courses and guide them on their career path

* Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions

* Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and responses

* Explain course structure, features, and benefits effectively

* Coordinate with internal teams and support students throughout the enrollment process

### * Requirements:*

* Good communication skills in *Marathi, Hindi, and English*

* Knowledge and understanding of *competitive exams* (JEE, NEET, CET, etc.)

* Previous experience in counseling/telecalling is preferred

* Basic computer skills and comfort with handling online tools

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
