Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers, and to generate leads or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services or handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Report on calls made and outcomes achieved to team leader or manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
