Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain products or services. Follow up on leads and maintain customer records accurately Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests. Generate sales or appointments through persuasive communication. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions.
