Position: Telecaller Sponsorship Sales Executive (Project-Based)
Location: Thane (Work from Office)Department: Sales / Business DevelopmentReporting To: Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Executive Officer (dotted line)Duration: 2 Months (Extendable based on performance and project requirements)Role Overview We are hiring a result-driven Tele caller Sponsorship Sales Executive on a project basis to support our upcoming business eventsThis role involves reaching out to potential corporate sponsors, communicating event value propositions, and converting leads into confirmed partnersThe project duration is 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and ongoing project needsKey Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective sponsors and explain partnership opportunitiesGenerate leads and qualify potential clients through research and cold callingEngage CXOs, senior executives, and decision-makers to drive sponsor interestClearly present sponsorship benefits, pricing, and deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams for sponsor servicing and alignmentRecord call logs, lead status, and feedback accurately in the CRMShare periodic reports on outreach progress and conversionsCandidate Profile Graduates with excellent spoken English and communication skillsPrior experience in telesales, tele calling, or event sponsorships is a plusFreshers with a strong drive and professional demeanour may also applyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage objectionsComfortable working with basic computer applications and CRM systemsAvailable full-time from Monday to Saturday, based out of Thane officeWork TimingsMonday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 1st & 3rd Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off Compensation & Incentives Fixed Stipend: ?15,000 per month Incentives: Attractive bonuses based on successful sponsor closures Opportunity to earn higher pay-outs through performance-linked rewards This is a project-based opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in B2B sponsorship sales and business development in a dynamic event-led environmentHigh performers may be absorbed into future projects or long-term rolesDOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR JOINING: Adhaar Card (front & back)1 Passport Size PhotographResume with DOB + Family Background Included
