Job Description

Outbound calls: Make proactive calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features, and generate leads.
Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints.
Sales and lead generation: Follow up with leads, persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and meet sales goals.
Customer relationship management: Build rapport with existing and potential clients, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
Data entry and reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a database or CRM system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
