Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and goal-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves verifying customer addresses over phone calls, maintaining data accuracy, and achieving daily verification targets. Make outbound calls to customers for address verification purposes. Confirm and validate complete delivery addresses including landmarks and pin codes. Update verified details accurately in the system. Follow up with customers for incomplete or incorrect addresses. Maintain call records and daily productivity reports. Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly verification targets.
