Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and confident Telecallers / Sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital advertising campaigns in

India for Dubai real estate properties. The role involves connecting with potential Indian buyers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the

sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated via Meta & Google Ads
• Explain Dubai property projects, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and benefits
• Qualify leads based on budget, intent, and timeline
• Schedule virtual meetings or site visit discussions with senior sales managers
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM / Excel / Lead management tools
• Provide timely follow-ups and nurture warm leads
• Answer basic customer queries related to Dubai property buying process
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (regional languages are a plus)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable speaking with HNI & NRI prospects
• Basic knowledge of real estate or sales (Dubai real estate knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to work with CRM systems and follow sales processes
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in real estate, international property sales, insurance, or BFSI telecalling
• Understanding of Dubai real estate market or willingness to learn quickly
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused approach
