Focus on outbound sales of Union Bank of India Home loan, Car loan & Education loan Communicate with potential customers present the plan and understand the requirement of customers. Explain product features and details to the potential customers and arrange the with the sales team Resolve project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction Communication with potential customers by follow up on phone, mails, social media Accomplish sales objectives with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services and be aware of industry changes Daily reporting to management Digital Calling for Home Loan, Car Loan & Education Customers Sales calling for Home Loan, Car Loan & Education Loan follow up External Call received from Home Loan & Car Loan Customers Communicate with potential customer and answer their query. Understand the requirement and maintain the database. Communicate with customer home loan, Car loan and Education loan with Google Ads (Digital Marketing) Communicate with RE, SM and Cluster Head about the Leads, from Login, Sanction to Disbursement. Briefing to the customer about the product, also convincing the customer about the product, Handling queries of the Client etc, Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services and be aware of industry changes Communication with potential customers by follow up on phone, mails, social media.
