Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of the IT industry. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience looking to build a career in IT sales or client communication roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly and effectively.
• Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and update CRM tools.
• Understand client requirements and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Provide feedback on call responses and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–6 months of experience in tele calling or customer interaction roles (preferably in IT or service industry).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle client objections professionally.
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
