Job Description:
PlanYourWorld Training Academy is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Female Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining our training programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
• Explain course offerings and benefits clearly and effectively.
• Follow up with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain a daily record of calls and conversions.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
