Role Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers via calls to explain loan products and offers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide clear product information.
  • Persuade and assist customers through the loan application process.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to drive conversion and closure.
  • Maintain high call quality and meet monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a positive approach.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience

    in telesales or relationship management (financial services preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills in

    English & Hindi

  • Goal-oriented mindset with consistency in follow-ups and closures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible shifts.
  • Experience in fintech or loan products is an added advantage.
