Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Salary: Rs.15000 to Rs.18000 /Month + Bonus

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of our IT solutions, including Zoho applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions (Zoho CRM, ERP, Commerce, etc.).
• Conduct product demos and explain service offerings clearly.
• Follow up with clients on proposals, close sales, and meet assigned targets.
• Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and exhibitions when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1 to 2 years of sales experience in Tele sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and result orientation.
