Job Title: Telecaller (1 Yr Experience is must)

Location: Onsite at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Language: English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Explaining the product features in detail
• Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade the right customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to educate them about the product and solve their queries.
• Convert potential leads into customers by answering incoming calls/dialing outbound leads on a rotating basis.
• Should be able to work with a team and meet deadlines.
• Must proficiently handle customers and identify their needs for service and support.
• Use Dynamics Marketing to track customer interactions and data.
• Utilize Salesforce Analytics to analyze sales data and report on goals and sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to learn about products and services and deliver the same to potential customers.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
• Knowledge of Dynamics Marketing, Salesforce Analytics, and cold calling techniques.
• Must be able to handle customers' rejection and stress in conjunction with a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
