We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive for our Chandigarh branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with a passion for sales and customer interaction. This role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining services, and generating leads for the wellness and skincare department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services and offers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales.
• Maintain and update the client database on a regular basis.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for client follow-ups.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.
• Experience in tele sales, wellness, or skincare industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
