Were Hiring: Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team! In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients over the phone, generate interest in our products or services, and schedule qualified meetings for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to introduce and promote company products or services.

Understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to generate interest.

Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for the business development or product teams.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting booking targets.

Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handovers of qualified leads.

Participate in ongoing training to improve call quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).

Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.Role & responsibilities
