Job Description

Role: Tele Sales Executive
We are looking for energetic, result-driven, and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you love talking to people, building trust, and helping them choose the right career path in trading & finance, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do:

Engage with potential students via phone calls and explain our trading academy courses.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and showcasing the value of our programs.
Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure closures.
Achieve monthly sales while delivering excellent customer experience.
Work closely with the marketing & academic team to ensure smooth admissions.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication & convincing skills in English and regional languages.
Passion for sales and the financial education industry.
Basic knowledge of trading/financial markets is an added advantage (training will be provided)
Prior telesales/inside sales experience preferred, but freshers with confidence & enthusiasm are welcome.
