Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services.Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Handle customer queries and provide solutions effectively.Maintain daily call records and update CRM regularly.RequirementsQualification: Graduate/12th Pass (any stream).Experience: 04 years in telesales/telecalling/customer service.Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.Ability to handle pressure and meet sales goals.Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools preferred.Perks & BenefitsAttractive Incentives on performance.Training and growth opportunities.Friendly and supportive work environment.
