Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell bank loan products
• Explain loan offerings clearly and confidently to potential customers
• Collect and verify documents from customers in accordance with company policies
• Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan application process
• Log customer cases in the system and ensure timely follow-up for disbursement
• Assist in the empanelment of new vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Regularly update customer information and sales data in CRM/system

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass), Undergraduates or Graduates from any stream
• Freshers are welcome – Training will be provided
• Prior telesales / telecalling experience in Banking / NBFC / BPO will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Basic understanding of loans and financial products is an advantage
• Must be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
