Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Tele-Sales professional who excels at closing sales, not cold calling. This role focuses exclusively on qualified inbound leads generated through our sales funnel. Your primary responsibility is to convert high-intent leads into paying customers through meaningful, consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Call and follow up with warm and qualified leads generated via marketing funnels.
* Understand the prospect’s pain points, health concerns, and motivations.* Clearly explain the value of product and guide prospects toward the right program.* Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.* Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions in the CRM.* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, insurance, coaching, or high-ticket programs.
* Strong closing skills with a track record of converting leads.* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).* Ability to build trust quickly over the phone.* Comfortable selling value-driven, premium programs rather than discounts.* Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
