Tele sales coordinator

As a Telesales Executive, your role involves initiating telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients to drive sales. You will be working in the office environment, not outside. Key Responsibilities: - Answering phones and providing information on company products and services. - Contacting customers using provided scripts. - Gathering customer information and understanding their needs. - Resolving product and service-related queries. - Recording sales phone calls and deals. - Processing product orders professionally. - Maintaining an updated customer database. - Offering solutions tailored to customer requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles. - Professional certification in sales and marketing (preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Organizational skills and ability to multitask. - Team handling experience. - Proven track record in direct sales for at least 1 year.
