Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Consultant located in Chennai. The Tele Sales Consultant will be responsible for conducting sales consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with clients. The role also involves consulting with potential customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate hearing healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, Multi-lingual
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Prior experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
