Tele sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting tele-calling in Kannada language to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing customers" needs and providing assistance and information on product features - Welcoming customers to the store, answering their queries, and actively seeking out customers in-store - Following and achieving department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Going the extra mile to drive sales and cross-selling products - Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas and handling returns of merchandise - Remaining knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options, and processing POS purchases - Collaborating with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and building productive trust relationships with customers - Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) Qualifications Required: - Experience in Telecommunication: 1 year - Experience in Customer Relationship Management: 2 years - Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi languages In addition to the key responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
