Job Title: Tele Sales & Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Only candidates currently residing in Chennai are eligible. Outsiders will not be considered.)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tele Sales & Administrator to join our team at Chennai Flight School.
The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting student enquiries into admissions, providing detailed information about our aviation and online education courses, managing administrative tasks related to our LMS (Learning Management System), coordinating student training schedules, and supporting general office administration.
A 2-month training period will be provided. After successful completion, the candidate should be able to competently counsel students and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to manage student enquiries.
· Provide accurate and detailed information about available courses and the admission process.· Counsel and guide prospective students to help them choose suitable programs and complete enrolment under supervision (post-training).· Convert student enquiries into successful admissions through professional communication.· Maintain call logs, update student records, and follow up with leads promptly.· Perform administrative tasks related to LMS content, documentation, and data management.· Coordinate and manage students’ training schedules efficiently.· Support general office administration and assist internal teams for smooth admissions and training operations.· Participate in lead generation and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
· Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, tele sales, counselling, or administration (mandatory).· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi preferred).· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Internet handling).· Confident, polite, and student-focused personality.· Ability to meet deadlines and work independently when needed.
Compensation:
· Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
· Incentives: Attractive incentives per admission:
o CPL – ₹5,000
o ADX – ₹4,000
o FDAO – ₹4,000
o DGCA (each paper) – ₹1,500
o Additional incentives for new courses introduced on our LMS platform.
Incentives Eligibility:
Incentives will be added to the base salary upon meeting the following criteria:
o Successful completion of a minimum of two months of training.
o Demonstrated ability to independently counsel prospective students and secure course admissions without assistance from the training supervisor.
