Tele Sale Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce the company’s clothing products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable clothing products based on their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about fabric types, clothing manufacturing processes, and customer preferences.
• Fluency in [Insert Languages Required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
