Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (businesses, startups, entrepreneurs) to promote our digital marketing services.
  • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently communicate with prospects.
  • Handle initial queries and objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM software.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to nurture and convert them into paying clients.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve offerings and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or lead generation specialist (experience in digital marketing or IT services is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
