The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, educating them about our premium modular kitchen range, motivating them to visit our showroom, and assisting them throughout their buying journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead Calling & Conversion Call potential customers (inbound & outbound leads) generated from digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer requirements and budget. Convince and motivate customers to visit our Experience Centre for a live product demonstration. Product Awareness & Information Sharing Explain the unique features, benefits, and advantages of Stainless Steel Modular Kitchens over traditional options. Share information about materials, designs, finishes, warranties, and customization options. Highlight current offers, promotions, or value-added services. Customer Support & Query Resolution Address customer doubts and concerns in a polite, professional, and informative manner. Coordinate with the design/sales team to provide accurate information and quick responses. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Experience Centre Assistance Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Conduct product demonstrations and tours of the Experience Centre. Maintain updated knowledge of all products and new arrivals. Coordination & Reporting Follow up with leads regularly and maintain an organized record of communication. Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead transfer and follow-through. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, visits scheduled, and conversions achieved. Sales Target Achievement Achieve weekly and monthly sales appointment and conversion targets. Earn performance-based incentives for successful conversions and showroom visits. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, or equivalent). 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / customer service / inside sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English . Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills. Confidence to engage with premium clients and high-net-worth individuals. Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, etc.).
