Job Summary: We are looking for a Female Tele caller to join our marketing team and play a key role in promoting our industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote industrial machinery products and services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and sales inquiries. Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate records of interactions. Follow up on leads via phone calls and emails to nurture potential customers. Work closely with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations and meetings. Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
