Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Gujarat to promote ERP solutions

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Understand client requirements and provide basic information about ERP products
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment confirmations
  • Meet daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Fluency in Gujarati and English (mandatory)

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (ERP/IT Sales preferred)
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.

  • Graduation in any stream
