Job Description

Job Summary:

Tele Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with interested leads received from digital platforms (Facebook, Google, Website, etc.).
Explain our
Secured Business Loan (Loan Against Property)
product in a customer-friendly and jargon-free manner.
Communicate in the customer's preferred language to build trust and clarity.
Accurately update lead status, responses, and remarks in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
Provide insights to the marketing team on lead quality and frequently asked questions.

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any stream.
Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in
Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
(knowledge of multiple languages is a plus).
Candidates with relevant
skills, interest, or prior experience
in telecalling, inside sales, or customer interaction roles are preferred.
