Tele Marketing Executive

Cyvents Technologies is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in system integration, software development, IT consultancy, and digital marketing solutions. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Cyvents Technologies’ services.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
• Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers in CRM.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert into business opportunities.
• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving monthly targets.
• Provide feedback from prospects to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Marketing background is a plus).
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in Telemarketing / Telesales / Customer Care.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven role.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT / software services will be an added benefit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
