attending the course inquiries through Mobile, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms, doing the follow-up, giving course details and placement details, and converting them to join the course.
Roles and responsibilities:-
Sending WhatsApp messages to the student enquiries
Phone follow-up
conversion
coordinating with management

Skill set required:-
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
Knowledge and working experience in MS Office
Experience and exposure to social media
Basic idea about the software field.
