Tele-Fundraiser

FitNFurious Foundation for Kids is on a mission to empower children to lead healthy and active lives through physical activity, education, and community engagement. As a Tele-Fundraiser at FitNFurious Foundation, located in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in engaging with donors over the phone. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with donors, effectively communicating our foundation's mission and goals, handling donation processing, and delivering excellent customer service. Working closely with the fundraising team, you will contribute to meeting fundraising targets and supporting the success of our foundation's initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with customer service experience. Proficiency in computer literacy and the use of fundraising software is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required for building relationships with donors, and prior experience in fundraising or a genuine passion for philanthropy is highly valued. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, meet fundraising targets, and ideally, experience in event planning and coordination, will be advantageous.,
