Call Center Representative (Female) Job Description We are looking to employ Call Center Representative (Female), Job Responsibilities: Make outbound/Inbound calls to customers to interact with them . Maintain a courteous and friendly nature when interacting with customers. Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company. Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated Key Skills: Candidate should have pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skill. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: (English, Hindi and Punjabi) Responsible and motivated to give your best. Should have strong relationship building & marketing skills. Ability to perform under pressure, strict time-lines and targets.
