Job Summary

Tele Counsellor

Location: Delhi (New Friends Colony)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on generated leads.
• Counsel students regarding study-abroad options, courses, universities, and application processes.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins, video sessions, and final admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and update daily reports.
• Explain program benefits, fees, scholarships, and country requirements clearly.
• Handle student queries politely and professionally.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for conversions and bookings.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing.
• Schedule

  mandatory video counselling sessions

  ; allow tele-counselling only in exceptional cases.
• Participate in events, webinars, and marketing initiatives when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Comfortable with sales targets and performance-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of study-abroad or willingness to learn quickly.
• Good command of English & Hindi.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
• Should be disciplined, punctual, and consistent with follow-ups.
