Job Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from prospective students
  • Provide detailed program information and guide interested leads.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups and schedule counseling sessions.
  • Maintain lead records and CRM entries with high accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling/customer service—freshers welcome.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, active listening, computer literacy (CRM, MS Office).
  • Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, team-player with positive attitude.
