Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for Tele Calling Executives. The Tele Calling Executives will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining a database of customer calls, and providing information about the company's products and services. They will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, generating sales leads, and maintaining follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction. Executives will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage clients over the phone
• Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries proficiently
• Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in using telecalling and CRM tools
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a telecalling or related role is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
