Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads from our database.
• Clearly explain project details and highlight key benefits to prospective customers.
• Convince and qualify leads, ensuring they are suitable for site visits.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the on-ground sales team.
• Follow up with potential clients regularly until closure.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel daily.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer engagement.
• Prior experience in housing, property, or real estate-based industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
• Strong convincing ability and customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
• Ability to meet daily call targets and contribute to team goals.
