Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Telecaller to join our solar energy sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential business clients, explaining our solar products/services, and setting appointments or generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a basic understanding of the solar or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients from provided leads or databases.
  • Explain solar products, services, and benefits to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Qualify leads based on the company's sales criteria.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team with decision-makers.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and customer information.
  • Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead handoff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and solar technology basics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably B2B).
  • Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems and their business benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day/week
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate from call to lead
  • Follow-up effectiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
