Pixcel Square Technologies is actively seeking a talented IT Telecaller - Sales Executive to join our expanding team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and successfully converting leads into valued customers for our range of IT products and services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss and promote our IT products and services. Articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our offerings to prospective customers. Qualify leads and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales. Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products and services. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
