We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Lions Blood Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and healthcare facilities, promoting our blood donation services, and building lasting relationships to support our mission of saving lives. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and healthcare organizations. Explain the blood bank's services and encourage partnerships and donations. Maintain and update client records in the database. Follow up on leads and inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with the operations and donor management teams. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Handle objections and answer questions regarding services offered. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for field staff if required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience (Healthcare/Blood Bank preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Fluent in [languages as applicable – e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
