We’re looking for a skilled telecaller to join as a customer service representative to enable the same. Telecalling work involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation go a long way. The ideal candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.

Role and Responsibility

• Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
• Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
• Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.
• Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
• Keep records of every customer interaction and sales activities.
• Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods.
• Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling.
• Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller.
• Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
• Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers.

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented individual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
