Female Tele-caller Executive (Pulverizer Machine Manufacturer.)

Introduction

Join our growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality Pulverizer Machines! We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Female Tele-caller Executive to be the voice of our brand. In this role, you will be crucial in generating and qualifying leads, setting up appointments for our sales team, and helping us expand our market reach across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to a database of potential B2B clients.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of our pulverizer machines.
  • Generate qualified leads and nurture them until they are ready for a sales representative.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate call details, lead status, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide preliminary support or direct calls to the appropriate department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: High School / Diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Tele-calling/ Tele-sales/ Customer Service.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Marathi & Hindi is mandatory.
  • Gender: Female.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Verbal Communication: Clear voice, professional tone, and strong listening skills.
  • Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and using CRM software.
  • Product Comprehension: The ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information.
