Hiring telecalling executives with 6 months plus experience. Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: β Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. β Introduce and present our products/services with a compelling sales pitch. Build Customer Relationships: β Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. β Address customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns. Achieve Sales Targets: β Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. β Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers. Product Knowledge: β Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends. β Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers. Data Entry and Reporting: β Accurately record customer details and sales information in the CRM system. β Generate reports on sales activities, leads, and outcomes. Qualifications: β Bachelor's or Post graduation degree. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong closing ability. β Ability to work well in a team and meet individual targets. β Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
