Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for making outbound calls to introduce our IT services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales executives. This role is crucial for building our sales pipeline and requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists to introduce our IT services (e.g., managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity).
  • Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to identify potential clients' needs, challenges, and budget to determine if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with detailed, accurate, and timely information on all calls and interactions.
  • Script & Pitch Development: Learn and adapt telecalling scripts and pitches to effectively communicate the value of our technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and relay feedback from prospects regarding our services and market trends to help inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Work towards achieving daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
  • Listening Skills: The ability to listen actively and understand a client's needs to effectively qualify them.
  • Technical Acumen: A basic understanding of common IT terminology and business technology needs.
  • Persuasion: A knack for building rapport quickly and handling objections in a positive, professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records.
  • Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
