Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads, promoting our IT services. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and previous interactions. Handle client objections effectively and communicate the value of our offerings. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide detailed reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and market trends. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of Telecalling or sales experience, preferably in the IT industry. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. Resilient and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
